Welcome to LanzaroteFlare,
This site has come to light to provide information about Lanzarote. It’s not only a tourist guide but an in depth informational resource about the island, its habits and its people. Established in 2013, we are constantly working on to expand the knowledgebase about topics our readers are most interested in.
LanzaroteFlare is part of a marketing agency MarketUp! located north of the island in Costa Teguise. We are a multicultural team specialized in providing services to local businesses in and around the island.
Our team has four permanent members and several freelancers are ready to help us out whenever we are in need of help. You may have already heard about our copywriter Mike White.
Mike takes up his permanent residency in Costa Teguise but spends much of his time up in the air on business matters. When he is at his chosen home, he loves windsurfing. This explains a lot, why he lives in Costa Teguise despite being from Banbury, UK.
Our web developer is Antonio Guiterrez, originally from Madrid but he has been living in Lanzarote for so long, he doesn’t even know where to get the best “jamon” in the capital. Antonio lives next to the airport in Playa Honda with his wife and 3 children. He is also down to the beach whenever he can but he isn’t into windsurfing really. He loves chatting with friends and staring at the ocean while enjoying tapas and cana on the terrace of his favourite bar Goliat.
The head of the agency is Andrew Stumpf. Born in England to German parents and moved to Gran Canaria at the age of three. He is constantly there where he is needed most. The heart and soul of the agency is working day and night to make the world a better place. He loves hamburger, cycling and have a bad habit of always speaking of his heart even if he shouldn’t.
If you like to get in touch with us, you first meet Lindsey Cannighen, head of public relations. She is the youngest and naturally the most beautiful member of our team. She came to the island for a surfing holiday from the UK and just couldn’t leave. Her chosen home is in Famara where she rides the waves at least once a day.
We would like to hear from you! If you have any question, suggestion or just fancy to say Hi, please get in touch with Lindsey using our contact page.
